أَللَّهُمَّ لاَ تَجْعَلْهُ آخِرَ الْعَهْدِ مِنْ صِيَامِنَا إِيَّاهُ، فَإِنْ جَعَلْتَهُ فَاجْعَلْنِيْ مَرْحُوْمًا وَ لاَ تَجْعَلْنِيْ مَحْرُوْمًا

Allahumma laa taj'alhu aakhiral 'ahdi min shiyaamina iyyaah, fa-in ja'altahu faj'alnii marhuuman wa laa taj'alnii mahruuma

Meaning: "O Allah, do not make this fast the last one in my life. If You decree otherwise, then make my fast one that is blessed, not empty."
