Sentenced to 4 Years in Prison, Former Girlfriend of Mario Dandy Turns Out to Lie About Harassment Issue, Often Sends Photos to David Despite Breakup

Dream - The Public Prosecutor has demanded a 4-year sentence for Mario Dandy's former girlfriend, AG, in the Special Juvenile Rehabilitation Institution (LPKA) for the case of assault against David Ozora.

"Imposing criminal charges against the defendant AG for four years in LPKA," said South Jakarta District Prosecutor, Syarief Sulaeman Nahdi, at the South Jakarta District Court.

The prosecutor assessed that AG was proven to have collaborated with Mario Dandy and Shane Lukas during the assault at Green Permata Residence, Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta.

"The defendant was proven under Article 355 of the Criminal Code paragraph 1 regarding assault crimes with planning," said Syarief.

However, there are rumors that the motive for the assault committed by Mario Dandy and his friends was due to the harassment committed by David against AG, as stated in a tweet by Twitter user @dawiguna.

Jonathan Latumahina, David Ozora's father, reacted to the tweet. He denied the statement written in @dawiguna's tweet.

Initially, this account responded to the tweet from David's family lawyer who said that AG should be charged to the maximum extent.
