Devouring the Meal

The police officer was confused why the child didn't ask for food. "Why haven't you eaten?" the police officer asked.

Apparently, the child was embarrassed because he didn't bring anything to exchange.

The police officer quickly invited the child to eat. However, there was only one fish available, so it was divided into two for them to eat together.
