In a video shared by the Instagram account @undercover.id, this young mother shared her expensive homecoming experience.

Initially, this young mother recalled her days when she went home for Eid with her parents.

At that time, she never thought that going home for Eid would require a large amount of money.

"I thought one or two million would be enough for the homecoming," she said.

But it turns out, after getting married and having children, she realized that going home for Eid requires a large amount of money.

"Especially having a husband who is Javanese, right. Automatically, going there requires expenses," she said.

And there are many types of expenses. Starting from fuel, toll fees, eating on the road, and expenses during the stay in the hometown.

Last year, she went home for Eid to Java with her family and brought Rp10 million.

This young mother thought that by bringing that amount of money, she hoped there would still be some left when she returned from the homecoming.

"But it turns out that after arriving there and spending a week there.. it's all gone, nothing left," she recalled.

From there, this young mother finally learned that if you want to go home for Eid, you have to prepare the funds well in advance.
