To make it easier for children to wake up in the morning, try involving them in creating a simple schedule. For example, ask them to choose their own clothes to wear in the morning, breakfast menu, and so on.
Do not let children eat and drink before bed. This can disturb their sleep at night. To improve the quality of sleep, keep children away from all types of gadgets at least 30 minutes to one hour before bed.
