Dream - Prayer for parents is one of the practices that should be known by every child. Because it is through prayer that should always be practiced in everyday life. Realizing that parents are our closest family. They are the ones who take care of us, nurture us, and educate us since we were born into this world. It is only right that we show our devotion to them, by practicing prayer for parents, both when they are still alive or have passed away.

Allah SWT emphasizes the importance of being kind to both parents in Surah Al-Isra verse 23: "And your Lord has commanded that you shall not worship anyone but Him, and that you shall be kind to your parents. If either or both of them reach old age with you, do not say to them a word of disrespect, nor shout at them, but address them in terms of honor." In addition, in a hadith narrated by Bukhari, Prophet Muhammad SAW said: "A person who disobeys his parents will not enter paradise."

Prayer for parents also has great virtues. In Surah Al-Isra verse 24, Allah SWT commands to pray: "And lower yourself in humility to them with compassion, and say: 'O my Lord, have mercy on both of them as they have brought me up [when I was] small.'"
