Using a Rope, Parents' Trick to Rest Peacefully in Masjid Nabawi While Bringing a Toddler

Dream - Not all Muslims have the opportunity, age, and funds to go to the Holy Land. Therefore, when they have the chance to set foot there, they will definitely make the most of it for worship.

This includes bringing children, so that they can receive blessings, approval, and bring them closer to Allah SWT. For parents who bring toddlers during umrah, it can be a bit challenging. Especially when they want to worship in the middle of the night or when they want to take a short rest in the mosque but are afraid that no one will watch over the child.

It turns out there is a trick to prevent the child from getting lost while the parents rest. A video uploaded by TikTok @ibenmsd shows someone sleeping in Masjid Nabawi near a bookshelf. There is a long white rope tied to the pole.

The video then captures the end of the rope. It turns out the rope is tied to the hand of an active little girl running around.

"We took this video at 3 in the morning after suhoor, sometimes the children here are tied like that by their parents, for example, when the parents are focusing on worship, so that the child won't get lost," the account owner wrote.

Apparently, tying children with a rope is often done by parents in Masjid Nabawi who bring toddlers to keep them safe. Of course, the tie given does not harm the child, and it is done for security reasons. The video has gone viral and has received many comments from Indonesian netizens.

Dream - This Ramadan is very special for Atta Halilintar and Aurel Hermansyah's family. They performed umrah with their father's extended family, Anang Hermansyah. All family members participated, including the adorable Ameena.
