Court Decides Rezky Aditya as Kekey's Biological Father, Wenny Ariani: Alhamdulillah

Dream - The Supreme Court (MA) has rejected the cassation request submitted by actor Rezky Aditya regarding the controversy over the biological father of Naira Kaemita Sasmita, also known as Kekey.

With the rejection of the cassation, Rezky is officially recognized as Kekey's biological father, the daughter of Wenny Ariani.

"The decision to reject the cassation," as quoted from the official MA website.

Wenny, the woman who sued Rezky to acknowledge Kekey as his biological daughter, is grateful that the cassation filed by the 38-year-old actor has been rejected.

"Alhamdulillah, Rezky's cassation lawsuit has been rejected by the Supreme Court. It means that my claim and recognition of Kekey have been granted by the panel, alhamdulillah. Rezky must undergo a DNA test," said Wenny Ariani as quoted by Dream from the YouTube channel Cumicumi, Tuesday, June 13, 2023.

Wenny also expressed her gratitude to the Supreme Court for officially recognizing Rezky as Kekey's biological father.

"I personally, as Kekey's mother, would like to thank the Supreme Court for the decision," she said.

Rezky Aditya Admits to Being the Male Actor in the Pornographic Video

Dream - Rezky Aditya's lawyer, Irwan Irawan, confirmed that the man in the pornographic video circulating on social media is his client. 

"Yes, he is indeed the man in the video," said Irwan Irawan when contacted on Tuesday, May 16, 2023.

Although admitting to being the man in the video, Irwan assured that Rezky Aditya never spread it to the public. Rezky, he added, was also unaware that his actions were being recorded by the other party and the video is now widely circulated.

Meanwhile, according to Wenny, the only way to resolve the conflict regarding her child's status is through the DNA test.

"The only solution to this case is DNA. But there has never been a good response from Rezky or his legal representative," she added.

Wenny also denies the statement made by Rezky Aditya's legal representative accusing her of refusing to undergo a DNA test. Since this case started, Wenny emphasized that DNA test is one of the demands she wants to pursue.

"Yes, Ms. Wenny said she didn't want to undergo a DNA test, friends know that from the beginning, I have been demanding a DNA test," she said.

Previously, social media was abuzz with information stating that Rezky Aditya is not the biological father of Kekey, Wenny Ariani's child. This contradicts the decision of the Banten High Court, which declared Citra Kirana's husband as Kekey's biological father.

Wenny stated that the court's decision is final. Meanwhile, the information circulating on gossip accounts recently is a hoax.

"Many people have been asking about this news. This news is a hoax," wrote Wenny Ariani on Instagram Story.

"The decision from the Banten High Court is the final decision stating that RA is Kekey's biological father," she continued.

Wenny is still waiting for the cassation from Rezky Aditya, as the actor born on February 26, 1985 initially objected to the court's decision.

"So we are still waiting to see if RA will file a cassation or if the decision from the Banten High Court will become final," she said.
