Jessica Iskandar Decides to Resume Career in Jakarta

Dream - Jessica Iskandar has decided to return to Jakarta after choosing Bali as her new place of residence. The artist, known as Jedar, will continue her career and business in the capital city.

"Ready to move back to Jakarta," Jessica Iskandar said in an insta stories post.

The mother of two hopes that her decision to return to work in Jakarta will improve her financial condition. Currently, Jessica is in need of additional income after being a victim of investment fraud by her business partner, who has been declared a suspect.

"I have to be a wife and a career woman in Jakarta again. Organize the abandoned business," she said.

Will Miss Bali

Jedar admitted feeling sad to leave Bali in order to start organizing her new life in Jakarta. The former presenter feels that she has had too many beautiful memories during her time in the Island of the Gods.

"I'm gonna miss you Bali 🥲 I love you with all my heart," she said.

Jedar's Instagram post received various comments, with many supporting her return to the entertainment industry.

Jessica Iskandar Responds to Accusations of Lying About Bankruptcy

Dream - Jessica Iskandar has been accused of lying because she claimed to be bankrupt and have no money, thus failing to pay the mortgage for her house. However, after making that statement, the mother of two instead showed off her luxurious house in Bali with various complete facilities.

Jessica has spoken out about the accusations. She asks netizens not to comment recklessly.

Jedar, as she is affectionately called, said that many painful things she experienced during the alleged fraud of nearly Rp10 billion were not posted on social media.

"How my daily life is, how I'm feeling, how I cry, how my mental state is disturbed, afraid of meeting people, becoming lazy to work, people only know what is on social media," she said.

With the happiness she displays in her content, Jessica wants others to see that she can still be happy amidst the fraud incident.

"Of course, everything I post on social media are just happy moments," she said.

Where Does the Income Come from When Bankrupt?

Dream - Jessica Iskandar emphasizes that she and her husband continue to work to meet their daily living expenses. The income from their jobs is used, among other things, to undergo nose surgery in Korea recently.

The explanation from the presenter, who now lives in Bali, addresses the criticism from netizens accusing her of lying about the financial condition of her household, which supposedly went bankrupt after it was revealed that she had undergone plastic surgery.

Jedar, the famous artist, affirms that the Rp9 billion that went missing a year ago due to fraud has not been recovered until now. She and her husband continue to work to improve their family's finances.

According to Jessica, she saves the income from her work to add to her savings, and some of it is set aside for nose surgery.

"I don't want to stay down after falling, I have to rise, I have to make an effort," she said.

Regarding her recent nose surgery, Jessica admitted that part of the medical procedure to improve her appearance was obtained through endorsements. With such facilities, the expenses she had to bear were not too high.

"Yes, there was also collaboration, I don't know if it's a two-digit or three-digit figure (for the cost of the surgery)," said Jessica Iskandar.
