Dream - The Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) has completed the implementation of the National Instructor Skills Competition (KKIN) 2024 for the West Region 1 level.
A total of 140 participants took part in the KKIN Regional West 1 which consists of 14 expertise. The participants came from BBPVP Medan, BPVP Aceh, BPVP Padang, and BPVP Belitung, all of which involve BLK UPTD, BLK Komunitas, LPK binaan, as well as Business and Industrial World.
The field of expertise being competed in are electrical installation, electronics, welding, refrigeration and air conditioning, motorcycle automotive, light vehicle automotive, graphic design, mechanical engineering design CAD, IT software solution for business, fashion, beauty, restaurant service, cabinet making, and barista. Eventually, the 1st and 2nd winners of the KKIN Regional West 1 area will participate in the National KKIN held in BPVP Sorong, West Papua.
The Secretary General of the Ministry of Manpower, Anwar Sanus, said that the implementation of KKIN aims to motivate instructors in Indonesia to enhance their competence.
"I hope that the leaders of the work unit, whose instructors have successfully advanced to the national level, will pay special attention and provide motivation so that they can compete to the maximum at the national level,"
