Dream - Ants sometimes become small animals that disturb humans. Especially if the number of ants is many and they are on our skin. It causes a tickling sensation to pain because of their bites. However, in Islam, ants are animals that should not be killed. Especially if the presence of ants does not bother us. So, it would be better if the ants are just expelled, namely by reciting prayers to expel ants. Ants themselves are noble animals in Islam. In fact, ants are immortalized in the Quran through the Surah An-Naml. The prohibition of killing ants is also explained in the following hadith:

Then, Prophet Solomon (as) drove it away by reciting a prayer to drive away the ants as follows: "Until when they came to the valley of the ants, an ant said: O ants, enter your dwellings that you not be crushed by Solomon and his soldiers while they perceive not."

Apart from the prayer above, you can also recite the following prayer to repel ants: Hadza li ghulamil qadhi. It means: "With the permission of Allah, ants dare not approach this food."

Cleaning with Vinegar: Mix vinegar with water in a spray bottle and spray it in areas frequently passed by ants. The smell of vinegar will repel them. Cinnamon Powder: Ants dislike the scent of cinnamon. Sprinkle cinnamon powder on ant trails or in areas where you often see them. Peppermint Oil: Ants also dislike the scent of peppermint. Mix peppermint oil with water and spray it in affected areas.

Chalk Powder: This powder can repel ants because they dislike the texture and scent of chalk. Sprinkle it along ant trails or in places they frequently visit. Mint Leaves: Place fresh mint leaves around your house or near areas where ants commonly appear. Maintaining Cleanliness: Make sure to quickly clean up any spilled food or drinks, as ants are usually attracted to food sources.

Closing Gaps and Holes: Close gaps and holes in walls or floors that can serve as entry points for ants. Ant Repellent Plants: Some plants such as lavender, basil, and mint plants can help repel ants if planted around the house.
