He also criticizes the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) for the Counseling Guidance and Government Science program, which amounts to Rp10 million. Additionally, he also criticizes the UKT for the medical education program, which reaches Rp115 million.

According to him, the varying IPI fees for each program are unreasonable and burdensome for students. This has also sparked protests from a number of other Unri students. Kabid Humas Polda Riau, Kombes Pol Hery Murwono, mentioned that they are currently investigating the report from Unri's Rector, Sri Indarti.
