The Ministry of Religious Affairs has prepared 169 hotels for Indonesian hajj pilgrims while in Makkah. "There are some improvement notes. There is still enough time to make improvements for better services before the pilgrims arrive in Makkah," he said.

Every bus is equipped with air conditioning, glass breaker, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, GPS, spare tire, emergency door button, and others. Salawat buses will serve pilgrims from hotels to Masjidil Haram for 24 hours. There are 22 shuttle routes for pilgrims in five regions, namely Syisyah, Raudhah, Misfalah, Jarwal, and Rei Bakhsy.
Bus intercity uses a type of couch with an average capacity of 47 seats. However, it will be filled with a maximum of 42 pilgrims. The bus is equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, toilet, glass breaker, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, GPS, USB, spare tire, emergency door button, lower luggage compartment (for 42 pilgrims).
