Suhartoyo asserts that this summons does not mean that the Constitutional Court (MK) accommodates the request of the Anies-Muhaimin and Ganjar-Mahfud factions as the applicants who previously requested several ministers to be summoned by the MK.

He said, in a dispute hearing like this, the Constitutional Court (MK) does not take sides by accommodating the wishes of one of the parties involved in the dispute. "So, solely to accommodate the interests of the judges.
