Dream - The Israeli Army in Gaza is reportedly experiencing acute diarrhea due to food poisoning. According to the Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper, the diarrhea outbreak originated from the large amount of food donations from various restaurants to the Israeli army.

However, unhygienic storage and delivery of food causes food to be contaminated with bacteria. This in turn leads to the widespread of digestive diseases, acute diarrhea, and high fever among the soldiers.

Broch explained that the spread of diarrhea and fever had an impact on the condition of the Israeli army. The bacterial infection continued to spread, causing many soldiers to experience a decline in their health condition.

Israeli military personnel who have diarrhea and fever, causing their body temperature to rise, are even considered not fit enough to carry out their duties.

"Broch also reminds that digestive diseases have a risk of death if they do not receive further medical treatment."
"If the infection spreads among 10 infantry soldiers, and they experience fever after the temperature reaches 40 degrees Celsius, and when they start experiencing diarrhea every 20 minutes, then they are no longer fit for duty and put themselves at risk of death."
