The Head of the Legal Team for the AMIN Winning National Team, Ari Yusuf Amir, has confirmed the detention. “(Detained) at the East Jakarta Prosecutor’s Office,” said Ari Yusuf Amir.

The AMIN national team is preparing legal assistance for Indra in facing this case. He hopes that this case will proceed fairly. “We hope this legal process can run fairly and transparently,” said Ari.

“Because if it's a legal issue, please go ahead, let the public judge. Let the law evaluate, the court will decide, but our hope is that there won't be any elements of politicization in this case,” said Ari. The AMIN Legal Team, Aziz Yanuar, stated that Indra was detained while the case was still in discussions with the Directorate General of Taxes. However, the case was suddenly transferred to the prosecutor's office.

“He was not arrested. But he was detained during the handover of documents from the investigative team of the Directorate of Law Enforcement at the Central Office of the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) to the prosecutor's office during stage 2,” said Aziz. According to Aziz, the legislative candidate for the DPR from the NasDem Party is currently being held at the Cipayung detention center in East Jakarta.”

"Meanwhile, the East Jakarta District Attorney's Office emphasized that they did not arrest Indra. The prosecution detained Indra on the grounds that the second phase of the transfer had been carried out, so Indra's case would soon be tried.
