Anom said that in the robbery incident, the Pelalawan Police are currently conducting an investigation related to the event. "The case is under investigation by the Pelalawan Police and backed up by the Ditreskrimum Polda Riau," he explained.
Regarding the alleged involvement of police officers in the robbery, Kombes Anom stated that he would take firm action. "Regarding the alleged involvement of police officers, we declare that anyone involved in this robbery case will be subjected to professional law enforcement," he said.

The robbery action recorded by the CCTV camera went viral. In the video circulating on social media, the man was wearing a white shirt with "polantas" written on it and dark-colored pants. The man appeared calm as he approached the admin desk, but the atmosphere turned tense when he pulled out a sharp weapon. The two women at the desk immediately screamed hysterically upon seeing him.
