Luhut admitted to having held a meeting regarding the plan and decided that within six months, one of the entrepreneurs in the entertainment industry who brings in foreign artists has obtained permission for the activity. He also requested the entrepreneur to make contracts with other artists and hold a rival concert.

"Six months, he (the business actor) has already obtained permission, just a contract (meaning). I have one player in this entertainment field, I said find another (artist), that's it, just a contract for how long,"
