Dream - Residents who are in Al-Shifa Hospital, Gaza Strip, write various heartbreaking messages on the hospital walls after being besieged by the Israeli army. The messages circulated in a video recording on social media. The post on account X @ShaykhSulaiman shows various writings in Arabic letters on the hospital walls. The final message contains hopes, longing, and prayers offered by the victims who may have fallen after the siege.
"I miss you, Mother. I hope to meet you soon by God's grace. I swear I love you, Mother," wrote one of the victims on the hospital wall."
Other writings convey that they have accepted God's fate. They will never despair while waiting for help. "We accept what God has written for us and we will not despair while waiting for the help that will come, Insha Allah," he said.
Account X @falestiniasoul also uploaded writings from the victims at Al-Shifa Hospital. The heart-wrenching writings reveal the story of one of the victims who was trapped inside the hospital while seeking treatment and freedom.
"This story has become famous, its title is tears and pain within the days of people who are besieged seeking treatment and freedom. Insha Allah," he explained. The victim wrote about how tired he was to his mother. However, he still thanked God for everything and would leave with His permission. He also expressed his gratitude to God for all the pain he felt."
"Honestly, Ma'am, I am very tired... But, thank God for everything. We will only go with Allah's permission. If the pain inside me falls and lands on a mountain, it will crumble. Oh Allah, Your mercy in worshiping You," she explained."
The message also revealed the closing statement from one of the victims, expressing longing for their mother who asked them to wipe the tears on their cheeks. "Mother, I miss you. Please wipe away the tears on my cheeks," they concluded.
Since the siege, Palestinian residents have finally been able to visit the hospital complex to search for their missing family members after Israel withdrew its troops. However, the incident continues to be condemned by many people as the hospital, which should be a place of refuge, has now become a target of attack. According to Al Jazeera, at least 30,000 people, including refugees, patients, and medical staff, were trapped inside during the ongoing assault. One witness who was trapped inside the hospital for three months, Abdel-Hady Sayed, provided a statement to The Associated Press.
He said the Israeli Army brutally shoots anything that moves inside it. As a result, doctors and ambulances cannot take any action. "They shoot anything that moves. Doctors and ambulances cannot move," he explained. Report: Nisya Aprilya
