Dream - The Constitutional Court (MK) considers the decision of the Honorary Council of the Constitutional Court (MKMK) regarding the decision on the minimum age requirement for presidential and vice-presidential candidates cannot be used as evidence of nepotism that gives rise to the abuse of power by President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) in the 2024 Presidential Election.

"Thus, according to the Court, there are no problems regarding the fulfillment of those requirements for Gibran Rakabuming Raka as the vice presidential candidate from the relevant party, and the verification and determination of the candidate pairs conducted by the Respondent are in accordance with those provisions, and there is no convincing evidence to the Court that there has been any intervention by the President in changing the requirements for the Presidential and Vice Presidential Candidate in the 2024 Presidential Election."

Based on that, Arief stated that the Constitutional Court cannot question the requirements for Gibran Rakabuming Raka's candidacy. In addition, Arief said that there is no evidence of any intervention by the President.
