Managed to receive treatment at the hospital, but the victim's life finally could not be saved. Briptu Rian was declared dead on Sunday, June 9, 2024. In this case, Briptu FN has been designated as a suspect by the Investigator of Reknata Ditreskrimum East Java Regional Police. He is also charged with the article on Domestic Violence (KDRT).

Meanwhile, Deputy Director of Services and Education, RSUD dr Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Mojokerto Hesti said the victim had undergone intensive treatment before passing away.
