Dream - Does Dream's friend like to drink coffee? This black-colored beverage has indeed become the favorite of most people. Moreover, nowadays there are various types of coffee with interesting flavors. Therefore, as time goes by, there are more and more coffee lovers who don't want to miss their days without sipping a cup of coffee. Coffee itself has various benefits for the body if consumed in moderation. Some even use coffee while being active to avoid drowsiness because coffee contains caffeine.

"In Islam, there is a story that tells about coffee. It is narrated by Sayyid Nahlawi bin Sayyid Khalil. Once upon a time, there was a curious person who directly asked Prophet Muhammad about coffee. Through classical literature and Sufi references, a Sufi can meet Prophet Muhammad through two paths. Namely, through dreams and also in a conscious state. The Sufi asked Prophet Muhammad, 'O Prophet, I enjoy drinking coffee.'"

Then, the Prophet Muhammad commanded him to recite the following prayer for drinking coffee: "Allahumaj'alha nuuran li basharii, wa 'aafiyatan li badanii, wa syifaa'an li qalbii, wa dawaa'an li kulli daa'in, Ya Qawiiyyu Ya Matiinu. Bismillahirrahmanirrahiim." Meaning: "O Allah, make this coffee that I drink a light for my sight, a health for my body, a remedy for my heart, and a cure for every illness, O Mighty and Powerful. In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful."

Then, the Prophet Muhammad said: "The angels will continue to seek forgiveness for you as long as the taste of coffee still lingers in your mouth." Imam Ibn Hajar Al-Haitami said: "Know, O restless heart, that coffee has been made by the people of purity as an invitation for the coming of the light and secrets of God, and as a remover of all difficulties."

Increasing Energy and Concentration: Coffee contains caffeine, a stimulant that can increase energy levels, alertness, and concentration. Improving Physical Performance: The caffeine in coffee can increase adrenaline levels in the body, which can enhance physical performance, especially during exercise. Reducing the Risk of Parkinson's and Alzheimer's Disease: Several studies have shown that coffee drinkers have a lower risk of developing neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's and Alzheimer's.

Reducing the Risk of Type 2 Diabetes: Research shows that consuming coffee can help reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes. Reducing the Risk of Liver Disease: Coffee has been associated with a decreased risk of several types of liver disease, including cirrhosis and liver cancer. Source of Antioxidants: Coffee is rich in antioxidants, which can help protect the body from damage by free radicals. Reducing the Risk of Depression and Improving Mood: Consuming coffee can reduce the risk of depression and improve overall mood.

Improving Heart Health: Several studies have shown that moderate coffee consumption can be associated with a decreased risk of heart disease. Reducing Certain Cancer Risks: There is some evidence suggesting that drinking coffee can reduce the risk of certain types of cancer, such as colorectal cancer.

Although many benefits are mentioned above, it is important to consume coffee in moderate amounts, around 3-4 cups per day, to avoid negative effects such as anxiety, sleep disorders, or digestive disorders. In addition, individuals with certain health conditions or who are sensitive to caffeine may need to limit their coffee consumption.
