Be careful! These are the risks if you still believe in predictions according to Islam.
"Islam strongly prohibits its people from believing in predictions or fortune-tellers."

Dream - Prophecy is not a new thing in human life. In fact, it has existed since the time of the prophets. The Quran has also explained about the matter of prophecy or divination. For example, regarding the false claim that jinn know the unseen through the story of Prophet Solomon. The jinn who worked for Prophet Solomon obeyed his commands and carried out their tasks until Prophet Solomon passed away. Those jinn did not know about his death.
"Until finally there was a termite that gnawed on the staff of Prophet Sulaiman. This proves that jin indeed truly do not know the supernatural."
"In the Quran, Surah Al-Jinn verses 26-28 explain about those who come to fortune tellers or sorcerers to inquire about events that have occurred or have not yet occurred, and it is indeed a loss for them. So, what are the risks of believing in predictions? Because in this modern era, there are still many who believe in them. Here are some risks if you believe in predictions as summarized by Dream from various sources."
"Islam strongly prohibits its people from visiting or seeking help from fortune tellers or shamans. Here are some risks if one believes in predictions:"
The following 'Bahasa' text translated to 'English' while preserving any html tags: "Fortune tellers or shamans generally claim that they can know supernatural things. However, such practices are highly contradictory to Islamic teachings. Because everything that will happen, even the supernatural, only Allah SWT knows. In the Quran, it is explained in Surah Al-Jinn verse 26: "He knows the unseen, but He does not reveal it to anyone." (QS. Al-Jinn: 26)"
The following is the translation of the given 'Bahasa' text to 'English' while preserving any html tags: "Fortunetellers or shamans who claim to be able to know the unseen actually obtain that knowledge from the whispers of the devil. Meanwhile, the devil itself is a creature that always disturbs and tempts humans to do things that are forbidden by Allah SWT. Therefore, when we believe in predictions, it is the same as believing in the devil. Allah SWT says in Surah Yasin verse 60: 'Did I not enjoin upon you, O children of Adam, that you not worship Satan - [for] indeed, he is to you a clear enemy.' (QS. Yasin: 60)"
What is conveyed by fortune tellers or shamans is a lie. This has been explained in the hadith of the Prophet that should be believed by Muslims. The Prophet Muhammad said: "Indeed, the angels descend in the clouds, and they talk about matters that have been determined in the heavens, then the devil tries to eavesdrop until they can hear it."
Then they gave it to the shamans, and the shamans added one true news with a hundred lies from themselves." (HR. Bukhari and Muslim)
"Previously it was known that predictions are falsehoods within them. However, sometimes there are predictions that truly become reality. Should we believe them?"
Prof. Dr. Umar Sulaiman Al-Asyqar said that their statements are usually classified as talbis or forgery. Meaning, they speak in general terms that contain many interpretations. Then, in the book Shahihain Jamu'al al Ushul by Ibnu al Atsir, at one time there were several individuals who questioned that matter about a prophecy that proved to be true. The Prophet Muhammad said, "They (the fortune-tellers) are nothing."
They said: "O Messenger of Allah! Sometimes what they tell is true." The Prophet saw answered: "The true words are those stolen by the jinn and placed in the ear of their guardian, then they mix it with a hundred lies."
These words not only give Idul Adha greetings but also contain prayers, apologies, and longing of a child for their parents.
