Dream - A number of Saudi Arabian astronomers predict that Eid al-Adha 2024 will fall on Sunday, June 16, 2024. As reported by Al Arabiya, the astronomers estimate that the Day of Arafah is likely to fall on Saturday, June 15, 2024. Therefore, the following day, Sunday, June 16, 2024, will mark the beginning of Eid al-Adha.
"Although it is predicted to fall on June 16, 2024, the possibility can still change depending on the start of the determination of the month of Zulhijah."
The Saudi government has assigned relevant parties to observe the crescent moon on June 6, 2024. If the crescent moon is sighted, then the 1st of Zulhijah, 1445 H, falls on June 7, 2024. Therefore, the 10th day of Zulhijah will be celebrated on June 16, 2024.
"Other Countries"
Other majority Muslim countries, such as Egypt, are also predicted to begin 1 Zulhijah on June 7, 2024, and celebrate Eid al-Adha on June 16, 2024. This prediction was conveyed by the Head of the Institute for Astronomy and Geophysics Research, Taha Rabah, based on astronomical calculations at the Solar Research Laboratory in the institution.

"Adhering firmly to these criteria, Muhammadiyah has determined that the beginning of Zulhijah 1445 H will be on Saturday, June 8th, 2024.
