Dream - Presidential Security Forces (Paspampres) spoke out about allegations of violence against a man who displayed a banner of Ganjar Pranowo when President Jokowi passed by in Gunungkidul, Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY). Paspampres Intelligence Colonel Kav Herman Taryaman denied that his members engaged in violent actions by pushing the man who displayed the banner.

Herman revealed, the uniform worn by Paspampres at that time was a blue tactical shirt and TNI service uniform for motorized escort. Therefore, he ensured that what happened during the incident was not done by Paspampres. "So that information is not true," he said.

"Previously, a video showed a man unfolding a banner in support of presidential candidate number 3, Ganjar Pranowo, as Jokowi passed through the Gunungkidul area, which went viral on social media. In the video, initially, the presidential car can be seen passing by the road, and a number of people gather while shouting the name 'Pak Jokowi'."

Several Military Police members can be seen securing the journey of the car. Not long after, a man wearing a black hat and a red jacket can be seen holding up a banner that says, "Welcome Mr. Jokowi, We are Smart, We Choose Ganjar!"
