For example, he said, avoiding activities together that have the potential for infidelity. However, Soraya added, everything depends on each individual. Although interpersonal interactions are normal, maintaining personal and family integrity remains the top priority."

Not only requiring the installation of family photos at work, other efforts to prevent infidelity among civil servants are carried out with punishment. "Female civil servants who are proven to have an affair will be immediately sentenced to dismissal," said Soraya, quoted from bontangpost.id.

Unfortunately, he added, there are other considerations for male civil servants who are considered as the backbone of the family. "So they are not immediately terminated," he added. However, there are still sanctions for male civil servants who are proven to have an affair. "But there are sanctions such as demotion, delayed promotion, and periodic salary reduction. From a women's perspective, this is still unfair," said Soraya.

Meanwhile, the representative of the Women's Organization Cooperation Agency (BKOW) of East Kalimantan, Marliana, said that in several cases of domestic violence, many female victims are wives of civil servants who tend not to dare to report for fear of affecting the family's reputation and impacting the husband's position. "Many cases that arise in the civil servant environment remain unresolved because the victims are afraid to report due to reasons such as impacting the husband's position and financial support. This violence usually arises due to cases of infidelity," said Marliana.
