Dream - One of the tourist buses carrying a group of students from SMK Lingga Kencana Depok had an accident in Ciater District, Subang Regency, West Java. The number of fatalities in the incident reached 11 people.

Muwardhi mentioned that there were three buses rented by the school committee for the farewell event. Those three buses were also newly rented by the committee.
"Usually the committee only takes one location. Then the PO is the one who will possibly provide the transportation, either their own PO or in collaboration with others. For us, it's only one point in that place,"
he said.
"Muwardhi also revealed another problem with the bus, namely experiencing other difficulties. 'Yes, previously, before the incident, it had stalled. Then it was repaired by the technician and continued on,' he said."
Meanwhile, based on preliminary speculation, the Ministry of Transportation stated that the incident of the tourist bus accident is suspected to be caused by brake failure.
