Some netizens admitted to having difficulty entering the Coldplay concert venue because their tickets were not valid. Even though they were purchased legally or officially, the barcode on the tickets could not be scanned, resulting in ticket holders being unable to enter.

One of the complaints about this ticket comes from the account X @edo__________. In his tweet, the account owner said that there are many cases of Coldplay tickets where the barcode has been used by someone else. "There are so many cases of Coldplay tickets that have been scanned by someone else, even though the tickets are personal and I have never shared the barcode with anyone else," he wrote.

A number of netizens also complained about not being able to get Coldplay Jakarta concert tickets because the 'brokers' or ticket resellers did not show up at the event location for the ticket cash on delivery process. "There are many viewers who arrived at the venue, but the brokers cannot be contacted. At this hour (tweet shared at 19.33 WIB) at the venue," wrote X account @IchaVarma.

Many spectators fainted before the concert started. This was shared by the X account @jogjaeth. In addition, the food stands at the location were considered too few. As a result, long queues were inevitable.
