According to him, through quality education, it will produce development movers who will become the nation's successors. Therefore, he mentioned that investment is not only in the form of money and capital, but also in human resource investment. “Humans must be well-educated, and they must have the ability, and these processes, which start from small to large, require costs and are indeed not easy,” he stated.
