Dream - Staying in outer space for too long apparently affects the human body, as experienced by NASA astronauts. Not only on a physical level, the effects that occur apparently can influence the DNA structure of the astronauts.

There are several problems and solutions that experts are considering to keep astronauts happy and healthy during their journey.
Swollen Head
According to Astronomy, one of the things that will happen to astronauts' bodies is Neuro-Ocular Syndrome. On Earth, the human body constantly fights against gravity to pump fluid to the head.
Removing gravity means getting all the pumps and no waste - the cranial fluid is not completely drained.
The result is a pooling of fluid in the face and skull. This is known as Spaceflight Associated Neuro-ocular Syndrome, or abbreviated as SANS. Swelling in the face during the first few days of the mission is quickly resolved as the body adjusts to microgravity.
However, for the cerebrospinal fluid that surrounds the brain, it takes months or even years for its changes to recover after long-term space flights. The additional pressure on the brain pushes it upwards against the skull, causing the ventricles, or the cavities that contain fluid in the brain, to enlarge. This pressure also compresses the astronauts' eyeballs, resulting in changes in vision that require glasses.
Researchers still do not fully understand all the symptoms of SANS or how to effectively combat it. However, some ideas for prevention measures have emerged.
This can include the creation of artificial gravity or placing astronauts in special negative pressure suits to remove fluid from their heads.
