Dream - Every woman must be very happy when proposed by her beloved man. It signifies that the man is serious in building a relationship with her. Unfortunately, not all men can be responsible for what they say or promise when they are still dating. Sometimes, men do things that make the prospective bride sad and miserable in her life.
At least that is what a woman from Malaysia felt, who shared the story of her very sad marriage.
Through TikTok @eylaa_z, Eyla tells the most painful and heartbreaking moment in her love life. It can be seen in the post that is divided into two parts, Eyla shows the moment of the engagement event with her future husband.
"All the guests were touched and felt pity for the engagement ceremony of the girl from Malaysia. During the engagement ceremony, Eyla was sitting alone on the beautifully decorated stage. The atmosphere, which should have been filled with joy, turned out to be very sad."
"Unseen prospective husband accompanying Eyla at the engagement event. Despite being alone, Eyla still tries to look her best. She wears a blue Muslim outfit. Meanwhile, in her hand, she holds a bouquet of flowers that matches the color of her outfit. Eyla is seen posing on an empty bench without the presence of her fiancé. Eyla feels sad about the heartbreaking engagement event."
"Only photographers and close family members were seen attending Eyla's engagement event. 'Behind the photographers, there is a family that strengthens my spirit to face the exam,' said Eyla sadly, seeing all the family gathered behind the photographers while giving a thumbs up 👍🧡," expressed Eyla.
"In another photo, Eyla is seen standing next to the outfit that should be worn by her future husband. The outfit has a similar color to the Muslimah dress worn by Eyla."
The story of Eyla, a bride-to-be who attended the engagement ceremony alone, has captured the attention of netizens.
Investigating further, it turns out that the groom did not attend the engagement event. Previously, Eyla had contacted her future husband multiple times. Starting from sending WhatsApp messages, making phone calls, or sending voice notes. "Double tick? Just read it? Today is our engagement event, aren't you happy that we are engaged? Are you on the way yet? Don't make me like this," Eyla wrote in a message sent to her future husband.
All of Eyla's efforts were in vain. Her future husband did not respond to any of Eyla's messages. It is unknown what caused the groom-to-be to suddenly decide not to attend their engagement ceremony. Eyla feels sad, heartbroken, and embarrassed because her engagement was unilaterally canceled by her future husband.
