Dream - A netizen shares a picture of several men doing concrete pouring on top of a residential water channel. It is mentioned that the incident is believed to have occurred in the Depok area, West Java, as a private car parking area.
Quoting from the post by @infojawabarat, social media account Yulius Heriyanto shared a picture of residents pouring concrete on a seemingly dry river stream. In the first photo, the concrete is still not completely set.
