1. Mix wheat flour, tapioca flour, flavoring, and eggs. Stir well.
2. Knead the dough until it has a slightly solid texture, then shape it into balls.
3. Pour water into a pan and add the dough. Boil for 10 minutes. Add a little oil to the water so that the dough does not stick and is easier to lift.
