BCA Mobile users are wondering whether it is their internet connection on their mobile phones that is not connected or if it is indeed a BCA Mobile application error. As a result, a number of new users found out that the BCA Mobile service cannot be accessed this afternoon.

Meanwhile, through the BCA Mobile Banking application, BCA Mobile service can still be used to log into the application.
But when you want to enter the access code and open to make transactions, whether it's checking balance or transferring, BCA Mobile service only shows a continuously spinning loading logo. However, the notification light in the BCA Mobile application shows blue color, indicating the presence of data connection on the device.

At present, MBCA is being handled, BCA's customer service Twitter account, @haloBCA, mentioned its apology for customer complaints. BCA also mentioned that there is currently an issue, but it is being addressed.
