Dream - The Malaysian Government revealed that it will provide free toll rates on April 8 and 9, 2024, leading up to Hari Raya Idul Fitri or Lebaran in the country.

The Minister of Works of Malaysia, Datuk Seri Alexander Nanta Linggi, stated that toll-free rates will be implemented at all toll gates except at the country's borders, namely the Sultan Iskandar Building Toll (BSI) and the Tanjung Kupang Plaza Toll in Johor.

Nanta explains, the toll road tariff-free period will begin on April 8 (Monday) and end at 23.59 local time on April 9 (Tuesday).

Nanta also encourages drivers on the North-South toll road to plan their journey by following the suggested Travel Time Advisory (TTA) schedule through the MyPLUS-TTA application.

This application allows tourists in Malaysia to choose the most suitable travel time based on the entrance and exit toll gates.
