Dream - Digital banking service from PT Bank Central Asia (BCA), namely M-banking, experienced an error again on Wednesday morning, June 26, 2024. Customers of the largest private bank in Indonesia expressed their complaints on social media X.
They conveyed complaints to the official BCA accounts @HaloBCA and @BankBCA. Many complained about difficulties accessing and conducting transactions.
Many netizens express that they always fail when conducting transactions. In the M-Banking BCA application, transactions will proceed if the indicator light is green.
When trying to access, the indicator light continues to show blue, so they cannot perform transactions.

"Hello @HaloBCA, why is the BCA mobile banking always experiencing errors now, every transaction ends up in error. Please fix the system, people also have urgency," wrote the account @ispiedyouu.
"Ya Allah, I haven't been able to read for an hour, neither of the 2 accounts can be accessed," wrote @aminr25. In response to this complaint, @HaloBCA explained that there is no information regarding the issue yet, but they are currently conducting further checks."

Executive Vice President Corporate Communication and Social Responsibility BCA, Hera F Haryn also spoke up about the application that had an error today. Hera conveyed to wait for further confirmation regarding the obstacles that occurred in BCA's M-banking. "Please wait for our confirmation/reply," said Hera to Merdeka.com.
