Dream - Minister of Manpower Ida Fauziyah met with dozens of Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) in Ankara, Turkey, on Saturday (2/3/2024). In the meeting, the Minister invited all PMI to become participants of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan because it provides many benefits. Accompanied by the Indonesian Consul General in Istanbul, Darianto Harsono, Ida Fauziyah explained the benefits of Minister of Manpower Regulation (Permenaker) Number 4 of 2023, as one of the government's efforts to comprehensively protect PMI.

According to Permenaker 4/2023, there are seven new benefits and nine other increased benefits from the previous Permenaker, namely Permenaker Number 18 of 2018. Meanwhile, the premium or contribution paid by migrant workers who are participants of social security for employment remains the same or does not increase.

"Please make sure that all forms of protection have been obtained, including Social Security. For those who are not yet participants of BPJS Employment, you can register through the registration channel at www.bpjsketenagakerjaan.go.id/migran, by uploading the requirements of KTP (ID card); Passport; Family Card; and Employment Agreement," said Ida Fauziyah.
