This ease has been made possible after a collaboration between PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk and PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) regarding the registration of hajj quotas."

The signing was carried out by SEVP Retail Banking of Bank Muamalat Dedy Suryadi Dharmawan and SVP Consumer Business of Pos Indonesia Zuhed Nur. This event was also witnessed by Member of the BPKH Executive Board Harry Alexander and President Director of Bank Muamalat Indra Falatehan.

"As information, Bank Muamalat customers can view the current Benefit Value of their pilgrimage deposits through the Hajj Bank menu in Muamalat DIN. This is because Bank Muamalat has synergized with BPKH regarding the transparency of information related to the benefit value of the deposited pilgrimage funds."

As of November 15 and 16, 2021, BPKH officially became the Controlling Shareholder (PSP) of Bank Muamalat after receiving a grant of shares from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) and SEDCO Group. Thus, BPKH's total share ownership in Bank Muamalat became 82.66%. In addition to BPKH, Bank Muamalat's shares are also owned by IsDB at 2.04% and other shareholders with a portion of 15.30%.
