Dream - The Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) is once again holding the Free Mudik Transportation program for the 2024 Eid al-Fitr. This free mudik is done to anticipate the surge of people who want to go back to their hometowns using private vehicles, especially motorcycles. The registration for free mudik will start today, Monday, March 4, 2024.
Free homecoming registration will take place until April 18, 2024. For free transportation of homecoming motorcycles, it will start on April 2-8. Meanwhile, for the transportation of return flow, it will be carried out on April 13-19, 2024.
The community can register for free homecoming (mudik) during Eid al-Fitr 2024 through the official website, namely mudikgratis.dephub.go.id.
"Registering at the Station"
In addition, the public can also register directly at 18 designated train stations, namely Cilegon Station, Jakarta Gudang, Tanggerang, Depok Baru, Bekasi, Kiaracondong, Kutoarjo, Lempuyangan, Purwosari, Semarang Tawang, Madiun, Cirebonprujakan, Tegal, Pekalongan, Purwokerto, Kroya, Gombong, and Kebumen.
"The motive of this is to suppress travelers with motorcycles."

DJKA also mentioned that only two people can ride the train from the motorcycle that will be transported, namely the driver and the passenger. More than that is allowed with the condition that the third person is a child under 2 years old.
The free motorbike homecoming quota for Eid 2024 reaches 12,180 motorcycle units. Meanwhile, the quota for passengers is 28,196 per person.

KTP, valid SIM, Family Card, STNK (Vehicle Registration Certificate) for motorcycles under 200 Cc. Register through mudikgratis.dephub.go.id, followed by direct verification at the designated station. Register by providing an active email.
