Dream - Minister of Finance (Menkeu) Sri Mulyani Indrawati, stated her readiness to attend the summons of the Constitutional Court (MK) to provide testimony in the hearing of the Dispute over the Results of the General Election (PHPU) for the Presidential Election or Pilpres 2024.
"If there is an official invitation, InsyAllah I will come," said Sri Mulyani quoted from Liputan6.com, Wednesday, April 3, 2024."
However, until now, this national treasurer has not received a summons letter from the Constitutional Court.
"Previously, Chairman of the Constitutional Court Suhartoyo revealed plans to summon four ministers. However, the summoning is not to accommodate requests from the Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar (AMIN) camp or the Ganjar Prabowo-Mahfud Md. camp."
Apart from Sri Mulyani, the ministers who were reportedly summoned by the Constitutional Court (MK) are the Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture (PMK) Muhadjir Effendy, the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto, and the Minister of Social Affairs Tri Rismaharini.
Suhartoyo mentioned that the four ministers were summoned because they were deemed important by the Constitutional Court judge to be questioned in the hearing of the 2024 Presidential Election dispute.
"So purely to accommodate the interests of the judges. So in simple terms, we actually reject the requests of the applicants but we take a different stance because of the position of the judges,"

Other than the mentioned ministers, the Constitutional Court (MK) will also summon the Election Organizers Honorary Council (DKPP).
