Former Governor of Jakarta reminded Civil Servants (ASN) to be adaptive to regulations. "Whether it's laws, ministerial regulations, regional regulations, there will be office regulations, ministerial regulations, directorate general regulations, let's reduce them because now we need high flexibility and agility, because changes are happening very quickly," said Jokowi.
