The provision refers to Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 57 of 2023 regarding Mandatory Reporting of Job Vacancies signed by Jokowi on September 25, 2023. This regulation replaces Presidential Decree Number 4 of 1980 regarding Mandatory Reporting of Job Vacancies.

In article 4, it is written that domestic job vacancies are reported by employers to the minister through the labor information system. The labor information system referred to is the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker).
