Dream - The government officially issued Minister of Trade Regulation (Permendag) Number 31 of 2023 on Business Licensing, Advertising, Development, and Supervision of Business Actors in Electronic Trading System (PMSE). This regulation replaces Permendag Number 50 of 2020.
One of the regulations that is stipulated is the minimum price per unit of imported goods, as well as the sanctions received if traders violate it.
The rule is stated in Article 19 clause 2, which explains 'The minimum price of the goods as referred to in clause (1) is freight on board (FOB) US$100 (approximately Rp1.5 million) per unit'.
While the intended administrative sanctions are outlined in Article 50 paragraph 2, including: - Written warning - Included in the priority monitoring list - Included in the blacklist - Temporary blocking of domestic and/or foreign PPMSE services by relevant authorized agencies - Revocation of business license

Then in Article 5 paragraph 1 for foreign traders who carry out PMSE activities in PPMSE, they must have trader identities in the form of name and address of the home country, business license, proof of compliance with standards or technical requirements of goods, and bank account number.
