Dream - Deputy Minister of Manpower, Afriansyah Noor revealed that the State Civil Servants' Savings and Insurance (TASPEN) plays an important role for the Civil Servants (ASN). This role will determine the life of ASN in the future when they reach retirement age.
According to Afriansyah, the `savings` stored in TASPEN is not just a financial product but a social security guarantee that provides financial protection for civil servants.
Protection covers various aspects of life, ranging from health, education, to retirement.
"Through TASPEN, we can ensure that every civil servant feels safe and protected, so they can focus on their tasks and responsibilities without worrying about their financial future,"
say the Deputy Minister in the Market Segmentation Event Service and Benefits of TASPEN for Civil Servants and PPPK in Lubuk Linggau, South Sumatra, some time ago.
He said, the benefits of TASPEN are not only limited to this financial aspect, but also reflect the government's commitment to pay attention to the welfare and interests of civil servants.
"Because with a strong social security, civil servants (PNS) and non-civil servant government employees (PPPK) can work more peacefully and productively, and feel valued by society."
he said.
"He himself admits to having a strong desire and motivation to continuously improve the welfare and protection of all Indonesian workers, including civil servants."
"I believe that by strengthening social security systems like TASPEN, we can create a more inclusive, fair, and sustainable working environment for everyone."
