Anas explained that there are several reasons for the constraints on the agency's delay in delivering detailed formation.
The obstacles include, among others, the agencies still conducting job mapping, limited information on Non-ASN data regarding the number of employees, educational qualifications, and proposed positions. Another factor is the incomplete updating of job mapping data by agencies on the electronic service of the State Civil Apparatus Information System (SIASN) of the National Civil Service Agency (BKN).
Anas noted, a total of 602 government agencies have made detailed entries into the SIASN BKN Planning Service system until May 2, 2024.
The data is detailed by 4 agencies that have not yet created a detailed formation, 36 agencies are currently preparing a detailed formation, 39 agencies have finished preparing a detailed formation, but have not submitted the Digital Signature (DS) SPTJM by the PPK.
As many as 371 agencies are currently in the process of validating detailed formations by BKN, and 152 detailed proposals from agencies have been completed and are waiting for Digital Signature (DS) from the Technical Regulation of the Head of BKN.
Although so, Azwar Anas is optimistic that the implementation schedule of CASN 2024 will still take place no earlier than June 2024.
