Gandeng DMI, ParagornCorp Enlivens Ramadan 1444H in 2,000 Mosques

Dream - Welcoming the holy month of Ramadan 1444 H, PT Paragon Techonology & Innovation (ParagonCorp) launched the 'Meaningful Movement Together with 2000 Mosques in Indonesia' program. The program during Ramadan will collaborate with the Indonesian Mosque Council (DMI).

The symbolic inauguration of the program was carried out by the Chairman of the Central Executive Board (PP) of the Indonesian Mosque Council Drs. H. Muhammad Jusuf Kalla on Monday, March 13, 2023 at the DMI Central Office Building, East Jakarta.

Jusuf Kalla, who is also the 6th and 10th Vice President, said that DMI always prioritizes things that bring goodness and cleanliness, especially to all parties and the community in facing this holy month of Ramadan.

“This program collaboration is a collaboration for us in addition to the cleanliness of the heart and the mosque, to teach the congregation that cleanliness is part of faith,” said Jusuf Kalla, who also expressed his gratitude to Paragon for supporting the construction of the multi-storey DMI building in Jakarta on Monday, March 13, 2023.

In this program, DMI and ParagonCorp will target several iconic mosques in various regions such as Istiqlal Mosque in Jakarta, Baiturrahman Grand Mosque in Aceh, Palembang Grand Mosque, Medan Grand Mosque, 99 Domes Mosque in Makassar, and Solo Grand Mosque.

The activities that will be carried out include grand studies, Quran endowment, joint studies with communities, halal lifestyle education, and mosque cleaning movements.

“Supporting DMI's vision to make mosques a center of excellence, we are committed to making this Ramadan a moment to spread goodness widely through activities that revive mosques,” said EVP & Chief Administration Officer of Paragon Technology and Innovation, Miftahuddin Amin.

Another series of programs to be carried out by ParagonCorp is to move together to Islamic boarding schools to conduct the Journey of Kahf and donate rice with the Musawarah community.

To help the less fortunate community, ParagonCorp also holds the distribution of basic food needs which will collaborate with zakat institutions partnering with ParagonCorp in 43 locations throughout Indonesia and Malaysia.
