Rosti said that the request made the police who came to her house to deliver the body of Brigadier J panic. According to her, the police at that time asked her not to corner them. However, Rosti emphasized that she did not corner the police.

Rosti, who was angry at that time, continued to press the police who came to tell the real process of Brigadier J's death. If they couldn't provide the real evidence, Rosti asked the police to leave her house.

"They sweated profusely when I said that. My communication with my son was through his phone. Now show my son's phone, and then all of our phones were hacked that night. Well, that's what we added with the presence of Hendra Kurniawan's entourage," Rosti added.

With tears streaming down her face, Rosti couldn't hold back her emotions when she saw Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawathi expressing all their feelings towards her son's superior.

"With your sadistic act, with your eyes open, you took away my son's life, you seized what is his, sir," Rosti said at the South Jakarta District Court on November 1, 2022.

Meanwhile, Yoshua's father delivered a message to Sambo, who is also the father of his children. He asked Sambo to switch positions and imagine if he had to lose a child.

"Mr. Ferdy Sambo, let me be you, and you be me," he said.

"With such brutality, if my child's life or his child's life was forcibly taken in his own house, how would he feel?" he concluded.

It is known that Ferdy Sambo is being tried under Article 340 of the Indonesian Penal Code, subsidiary to Article 338 of the Indonesian Penal Code, and Article 55 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Indonesian Penal Code.

Ferdy Sambo is also accused of obstructing the investigation in the case of Yosua's murder. Ferdy Sambo is charged under Law No. 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law No. 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions and the Indonesian Penal Code.
