Sad Moment of Honorary Teachers Can Only Suppress when PNS Colleagues Discuss THR: 'When is My Turn?'

However, in reality, the teaching profession is sometimes not appreciated with fair payment. Even though becoming a teacher is not easy.

It takes sacrifices from school to college with expensive fees to obtain an education degree, as well as certification to be recognized as a teacher.

Recently, a viral video of honorary teachers sharing a sad moment when gathering with fellow Civil Servant (PNS) teachers. He admitted that he could only suppress when PNS teachers discuss Eid Allowance (THR).

He is sad because he cannot receive a salary and allowance similar to those of the teachers. Instead, he can only pray for his fate.

"When I was in the library gathering with PNS teachers. They told me that the salary has been disbursed, the THR will be disbursed soon, and they are looking for certification and TPP will be disbursed."

"I, as an honorary teacher, can only listen and think 'Oh God, when is my turn?'", said the honorary teacher in the TiTok account @athifa_wahab.

In the video, the honorary teacher can only put on a sad face. He cannot join in the conversation with his colleagues discussing THR. Instead, he can only pray for his status to be elevated to become a PNS.

Immediately, the expression of the honorary teacher's heart received sympathy from netizens. Many of them encouraged and prayed for his goodness.
