Kuala Kencana is a district in Timika City, Mimika Regency, Central Papua, which was inaugurated by President Soeharto on December 5, 1995.

This modern city is a residential area built by Freeport to support activities in the lowland area of Papua.

In the video, it captures the portrait of Kuala Kencana when viewed from above using a drone. The houses in the district appear neatly arranged in a circle, with a green area filled with trees in the middle.

Not only that, the surrounding area of the residential area also still looks very green and lush due to the abundance of trees.

Dubbed as a modern city, this city does have a well-organized and orderly system, for example, the cable system is no longer connected from one electric pole to another.

So, there are no cables hanging above the streets of Kuala Kencana because all the connected cables are buried underground. In addition to cables, the water pipe system in the city is also buried.
