In the video, it initially shows the process of preparing the ingredients for the Indian-style Bolu cake.

First, several eggs are cracked and put into a rusty mixer. Then add granulated sugar and food coloring.

After being mixed evenly, the Bolu dough is ready for the next process.

However, surprisingly, this process involves manual mixing with hands. A man wearing shorts is seen mixing the Bolu dough directly with his hands.

Sweating, the man looks very enthusiastic in mixing the Bolu dough in a container.

His bare hands even almost sink into the dough while stirring the Bolu mixture.

The man really doesn't use gloves or spoons and other utensils to mix the dough.
